After the success of Saxonia, construction of Komořany (14 MWp) begins

In December, construction began on the Komořany photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 14 MWp. This project follows on from the successful completion of the Saxonia photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 50 MWp.

AMBIENT Energy established a new subsidiary, e-vault

In November, sister company AMBIENT Energy established a new subsidiary, e-vault, whose main mission is to operate and manage battery storage facilities. These storage facilities will enable an effective response to fluctuations in the electricity grid, strengthen the stability of electricity supplies, and maximize the economic benefits of energy trading.

MICRONIX GROUP and Portiva have agreed to divide their shares in the joint projects

MICRONIX GROUP and Portiva have agreed to divide their shares in the joint projects Central Kladno and NC Ivančice – the largest shopping center in the Central Bohemian Region will remain the sole property of MICRONIX GROUP, and Portiva will retain the retail park in the South Moravian Region. Both parties considered this settlement to be logical and fair.

The original focus of MICRONIX was wholesale and maintenance of measurement equipment, batteries and accumulators, having a track record of more than 30 years. MCX ENERGO expanded the business range to the development of decentralized electricity generation facilities with environmental and social responsibility. As a group of specialized companies, MCX ENERGO provides supplies and services within the ENERGY industry, predominantly associated appliances and solutions with electricity generation, like high and low voltage service, installation and maintenance of security systems and waste management. Flexibility of an innovative niche provider in cooperation with major European industry players build one of MCX ENERGO’s strengths.
