OSTRAVA MARICA is a development project of residential housing in a quiet part of Ostrava Poruba. The project is comprised of three buildings with two four story objects, parking spaces for residents, technical facilities, including its own heat supply, and further amenities such as a bistro/café, services, etc.
MARICA will provide housing for 54 households amid the greenery with good transport accessibility. The 4,500 m2 residential complex with a semi-enclosed courtyard will be used for residential housing rental and commercial rental.
