MICRONIX GROUP and Portiva have agreed to divide their shares in the joint projects

MICRONIX GROUP and Portiva have agreed to divide their shares in the joint projects Central Kladno and NC Ivančice – the largest shopping center in the Central Bohemian Region will remain the sole property of MICRONIX GROUP, and Portiva will retain the retail park in the South Moravian Region. Both parties considered this settlement to be logical and fair.
